The outer material is tough enough to cope with the rough and tumble of riding, but it still offers up a flexible fit that won't hinder free movement or pedalling. IPX® Technology Should you exceed tyre grip limits or a technical feature catches you out, it's the IPX® Technology across the knee that protects you in a crash. During normal riding, it remains highly flexible and supple. However, as soon as it suffers an impact it hardens, providing a high degree of safety and protection.
