The In-Mold Construction technology paired with shock-absorbing EPS liner and Multi-Directional Impact Protection System gives you a very high degree of protection in the event of a crash. The Hardbody shell also makes the Register capable of taking the knocks and scrapes of everyday use. The Register is easily adjusted, a simple dial on the Roc Loc® Sport system giving a quickly customisable fit to suit your head. The Universal Fit™ size also makes it great for most heads without the need for multiple sizing options. With extensive venting, twenty-two vents in total, and quick-dry padding you'll find that your ride is fresh and airy too. MIPS (Multi-directional Impact Protection System) The Mips system is designed to provide added safety for helmets in many accidents. For certain impacts, the Mips system can reduce harmful rotational motion that might otherwise be transferred to the user’s head. Rotational motion is a common cause of concussions in oblique hits to the head. In a crash, the Mips system is designed to move slightly inside the helmet to help redirect forces away from the head.
