Durable. Light. Protective. The first line of defence is the combination of a tough but lightweight Unibody shell and an energy-dissipating EPS foam liner. The outer not only brushes off overhanging bushes and branches during normal trail riding but in the event of a crash, it maintains structural integrity. At the same time, the EPS foam inner liner absorbs the damaging forces of head impacts. Both work in tandem to prevent injury to your head when you fall. You also have the benefit of POC's patented adjustable breakaway peak. This comes away from the helmet during a crash, reducing harmful forces transmitted to the neck.
