A key feature of the FR Enduro 16 Litre is Evoc's Liteshield back protector, designed to fully protect the back and spine against falls and crashes. The construction of the Liteshield gives maximum protection at a mere 145g weight and can boast flexibility whilst being fully impervious to temperature. Similar to a sports helmet, the FR Enduro 16L uses a EPS construction and absorbs 95% of shock, enabling damage to be immediately identified and allowing the protector to be simply removed and easily replaced. Evoc have designd the FR Enduro 16L to be worn with optimal comfort. The core of the protector is extra-wide and ergonomically shaped with a neoprene hip belt and large heavy duty buckle included to transfer the load onto hips and as a result the body's centre of gravity. To work in unison with this, ergonomically designed shoulder straps are cut to keep the shoulders and back comfortably in a natural position with good posture, guaranteeing perfect back protection.
