Using CE Certified D3O® Viper™ across the back and D3O® shoulder inserts, the Baseframe Pro Short Sleeved Body Protector offers incredible levels of mountain-bike ready protection but without the drawbacks of less flexible, heavier systems. The D3O® polymer is remarkably flexible in use, softening with body heat, allowing you to move and position yourself on your bike with ease. The back insert also features flex-grooves to further enhance flexibility. However, in the event of a fall and impact on the ground, the D3O® pads stiffen in order to absorb hits that would otherwise leave you battered and bruised. When you're on the trail you'll soon be warming up and generating a sweat. But thanks to the use of moisture-wicking, open stretch mesh, moisture can easily evaporate away to leave you cool and dry. Perforations in the pads also ensure easier air circulation and breathability. When you're charging down technical trails, you can be sure you'll enjoy excellent protection should you get your line or landing wrong.
