Quick start guide Install a massage head into the port, turn it 360° clockwise to secure it in place. Set the power switch to the ‘On’ position Press the (+) button to start the massage gun Press and hold the (-) button for 5 seconds to stop the massage gun Select a slow speed and gently apply the head to your muscle groups, keeping the head in constant motion. Use the (+) and (-) buttons to adjust the speed. Press the head lightly against the muscles, heavy pressing force is not required. Set the power switch to the ‘Off’ position after use. The BeElite massage gun has 20 speed increments. At increment 01, the unit operates at 1200rpm. Each subsequent increment raises the speed by 100rpm up to a maximum of 3200rpm.
