The smaller chainrings also mean you'll have a lower bottom gear for punishing climbs.The chainrings also feature closer ratio spacing than traditional double or compact chainsets, so you have a smoother progression between ratios, keeping your cadence more consistent and requiring less rear shifts to compensate, further improving the smoothness of your cadence and speed. The smaller gap also means shifting is faster and crisper.The Force DUB chainset uses SRAM's carbon crank arms that are both lightweight and extremely stiff. The use of the DUB bottom bracket system improves durability, simplicity and compatibility over the older GXP and BB30 designs; no more wondering what crank/BB system will fit your bike, DUB works with most frames and bottom bracket shells on the market. The cranks use a unique, modular direct mount chainring interface that syncs perfectly with the new X-Range chainrings. The modular design further improves versatility; you can fit the DUB AXS Power Meter if you desire and if you want to switch from a double to a single 1X or Aero chainring you can do that too.
