The lever is fully adjustable to accommodate different hand sizes via an easy to use reach adjustment. There's even a brake-lever only variant that is perfect for 1x drivetrains. Braking isn't ignored of course, and the power and feel of the braking has been improved, especially when riding on the hoods. The GRX caliper offer excellent heat dissipation which means consistent braking power even on the longest or roughest descents.
