It features a widely space centre tread similar to the original Forekaster, but the arrangement has been tweaked for improved rolling efficiency without giving up driving and braking traction. The sideknobs have also been altered, with a more continuous arrangement of taller knobs to offer superb cornering grip. Offering a throwback to it s mud-shedding XC race origins, the new Forekaster also features raised ridges on the casing to improve mud-clearing, just like the new Shorty.
