The Blackout PTC is basically the alloy version of Haro's carbon Citizen frame. Many of the same features found on the Citizen like the Power Transfer Centre (PTC) bottom bracket, tapered head tube, tapered seat tube and 10mm/15mm/20mm rear axle compatibility are also found on the Blackout PTC.
