Specifically developed for road cycling, this stem comes equipped with a 3D forged and CNC-machined alloy construction for a superior strength to weight ratio. Thanks to its CNC-machining process, any excess material has been shaved off to save weight while still maintaining maximum durability. Vision has also kitted out this model with a tough alloy faceplate and chromoly (CrMo) steel hardware to securely fasten it to your ride. Slightly sloping with a -6° angle, this is a perfect choice of upgrade for a reliable hold as you clock up the miles. Due to the Trentacinque’s 35mm bar clamp, when it is used along with 35mm bars, you’ll enjoy more precise handling as you dive into the bends and better power transfer when sprinting or attacking a climb. Also, as it’s 3D forged from high-quality 2014 aluminium it’s extremely durable and weighs a mere 136 grams in the 110mm version.
Combining aluminium and carbon fibre opened the door for our engineers to make this one of the stiffest stems on the market. Weight is impressive, too, at 140 grams. Easton has learned a number of tricks along the way to make the best stems on the market, and that experience shows with the EC70 SL stem. We leverage our exclusive TaperWall™ technology and a touch of titanium hardware and our proprietary Distributed Stress Technology and Top Lock faceplate to boost performance. And of course the EC70 SL stem will make any bike look a lot sleeker.
Ready to tackle on any trail, this superb model features a CNC-machined aluminium construction which makes it tough enough to conquer the most aggressive of rides. Its stainless-steel bolts add another layer of robustness to its already strong design while also ensuring a firm hold. Weighing in at only 132g (approx), you'll not have to worry about adding any unnecessary weight to your ride as you carve your way around the mountain.
Designed for use in all types of mountain biking, the Renthal Apex 35 mountain bike (MTB) stem is light enough for cross-country racing and strong enough for use with 780mm wide enduro handlebars. It also features a unique 240-degree wrap on its bar clamping section. This is designed to be inserted over the smaller section of the bar and then the bar is slid into place for a super-snug wrap and secure hold. 35mm MTB Stem with an Advanced Construction With its fully CNC machined 2014 alloy body, extensive 3-D machining and external webbing, the Renthal Apex 35 stem offers maximum structural strength with minimal weight. Also, the 7075 aluminium clamps provide a super-durable and flex-free hold no matter how hard you thrash your ride.
Featuring a six-bolt design, a sturdy connection is assured between your bars and steerer tube, with the C-shaped clamp system providing a firm grasp around the bar, improving handling and steering on every run. Available in two lengths and with the choice of zero or 10mm rise, this superb stem is a great addition to any adventurous MTB cockpit.
The strength, stiffness and durability were all matched to the 31.8mm equivalent, with an average of just 1.5g added to the Integra. The new Integra 35 Direct Mount stems feature the same lightweight, 6-bolt design as the original Integra II and Renthal have improved the structure of the stem. The Integra 35 uses the same C-shape clamping system as the Apex stem range, which has been increased in size to cope with the demands of top level DH racing. The use of two independent, C-shape handlebar clamps allows the stem body material to be reduced to a minimum, whilst maintaining an incredibly stiff and strong structure. The ultra-wide, 64mm handlebar clamping area increases torsional rigidity and the use of just six bolts vastly reduces overall weight. In addition, the uninterrupted clamp on the underside of the handlebar eliminates stress risers found on most other clamps, which can lead to handlebar failure.
First proven on the Ritchey TRAIL stem, the C220 handlebar clamp design creates a more secure interface by wrapping a full 220 degrees over the handlebar. Bolt forces are aligned with the clamp so that the stem body ‘embraces’ the handlebar, which is less prone to damaging lightweight bars. This clamp design allows for a lighter faceplate and stem body with no sacrifice in strength or stiffness. The Carbon Matrix stem body is forged 7075 aluminum with a stiffness-enhancing carbon exoskeleton which makes this 12% stiffer than the WCS alloy C220 stem. Premium quality CRMO steel bolts are used throughout.
A carbon fibre body and aluminium faceplate provide a superb interface with your handlebars and help reduce hand and upper body fatigue on rough roads, while the carbon construction is torsionally and laterally stiff so it's ultra-efficient as you’re zipping into corners or sprinting for the line. The faceplate is cold-forged aluminum, which provides a highly reliable and strong grip on the handlebar, enhancing your steering. At just 130g for a 120mm stem, the Primavera will shave precious grams from your race ready machine, rivaling many stems at a much higher price point.
With its unique characteristics, Duracer offers the highest levels of corrosion and wear resistance of aluminium stems. Duracer is a Ceramic surface treatment technology, which provides extreme hardness and improves the longevity of the stem. This also allows Deda to remove material from speecific zones and to save additional weight without compromising on quality and stiffness of the stem. Special titanium screws and a re-designed faceplate bring the weight down to 100g.
This stem features a rock-solid aluminium construction, which makes it perfect for handling the increased weight and pressure associated with long-distance road journeys. Deda has also gone the extra mile with this premium stem by kitting it out with steel bolts. This adds additional security around its clamping area for a reliable hold as you clock up the miles on your road bike. One final highlight is its internal cable routing, which allows you to hide up to four cables inside its innovative design. Vinci is the most polyvalent stem on the market being compatible with traditional 1-1/8” fork steerer as well as 1-1/4”. The DCR system works with a standard tapered steerer with 1-1/8” upper diameter, but requires a 52mm (1.5”) upper headset bearing od. The stem leaves room at the back for the cables to fit the gap in between the headset bearing and the fork. The Vinci stem system features special spacers that provide the channels for the housing cables. Spacers are designed with slits that let them pull open, they can be added or removed to get the fit right without having to remove all cables. The innovative 3d forging technology and the flat design result in a better aero performance. The aero integrated topcap, headset spacers and alloy sleeve adapter for 1-1/8” fork steerer complete the line of accessories included. Available in polish on black (pob) finish.
The Carbon C260 adds to the amazing strength-to-weight ratio of Ritchey's C260 alloy and Carbon Matrix stems through the use of high modulus carbon fiber, increased boom diameter and a wider clamp.
