The Women's Emergency Rain Jacket gives you a waterproof rating of 10,000 mm water column that resists light rain and showers extremely well. It's not designed for an all-day rain ride but it's just right for stowing in a jersey pocket for those emergency situations. The only real compromise compared to Castelli's top-of-the-line offerings is in breathability but that's not so key for a passing shower. The fit as with all Castelli garments is refined and tuned to be just right when on the bike. It's close to lessen flapping but it's still roomy enough to slip on over your Gabba, the slight amount of fabric stretch helping you to layer underneath. For your riding days when you're just not sure if you'll get hit by a heavy shower, this jacket is easily stowed in a pocket just in case. It's so light and easy to stow there's no reason not to take it with you.
Tested to its limit in the wind tunnel, the Velocity mesh in the back of the Castelli Women’s Free Tri Singlet significantly reduces drag and adds to the high levels of breathability keeping you cool during warm summer events. GIRO3 arm and back elastic ensures that everything stays perfectly in place, a hydrophobic treatments ensures you don’t take on any water during the swim section, and the underarm section is built for the best chafe-free experience possible.
The first thing to notice when pulling on the Prologo VI Jersey is the luxurious softness of the Punto fabric, it feels great against the skin, it's light and it's also highly breathable. Not only does it feel good it performs brilliantly too, with bioceramic nanoparticles added to the fused polymer, reflecting far infrared light to provide protection from the high summer sun but also acting to keep you warmer should the temperatures dip if your ride finishes as the sun sets. In terms of the fit, it sits between a full race fit and regular fit, tailored for a wide range of rider sizes but with a nod to aerodynamics so there's minimal excess fabric to slow you down. The drop tail design gives the jersey a great fit around the waist and allows the generous pockets to sit just right, supported by a fabric with limited vertical stretch. Lastly, wraparound side panels provide excellent airflow to the back, speeding sweat evaporation for even greater comfort when the sun is high in the sky. With a design that has evolved over six generations, the Prologo VI is a refined cycling jersey with a classic design and sumptuous comfort. You can, of course, continue to call it the 'Pro Logo', a new favourite for all your summer cycling.
Dry is good This is the piece Castelli pro riders requested for those in between conditions where the Flanders base layer is too warm but the Core Mesh is too cool, like Spain in February or Belgium in April. You’re not looking for warmth from your base layer, just something to move the moisture away from your body and help your race jersey perform. The 3D mesh fabric creates dead air space next to your skin, while the polyester capillary action moves sweat away.

Performance Perfected. That's the Perfetto Rain or Shine. The Perfetto ROS Light is their lightest windproof jersey but it's not just about keeping the wind out, the jersey is also exceptionally breathable and for this season gets a boost to rain protection too. To keep cold and clammy sweat from spoiling your ride the back of the jersey is made with Castelli's Nano Flex Light Woven fabric. It's a highly breathable material that allows vapour to escape before causing you discomfort. Nano Flex Light is also more water-repellent than its predecessor adding to the versatility of this brilliant Perfetto ROS Light. Details also count hugely towards on the bike comfort and here the YKK® Vislon® zipper is easy to use when you need extra ventilation, a Gabba style dropped tail, with a large reflective panel, keeps wheel spray off and boosts visibility as daylight fades to black and with two larger rear pockets, accessing essentials is easier than ever, even with gloves on. There's No Such Thing as Bad Weather. It's the very latest Nano Flex 3G fabric used that gives the Tutto Nano Bib shorts the versatility to perform in all types of weather and riding conditions. When the clouds burst and rain begins to fall then, and here comes the tech, the nanotechnology microfilament mechanical water repellent finish combined with a short-chain chemical DWR (Durable Water Repellant) finish prevents water from seeping in. Phew. It's that technology that maintains your comfort for longer. Reduced seams also enhance protection, with fewer areas for water to get in, and the thermal performance keeps cold out and warmth in too. Elsewhere, the mesh bib straps keep airflow to the body optimised, helping regulate temperature and prevent clamminess as you begin to push the pace. Superb Saddle Support With the cold and wet conditions dealt with the focus turns to on-the-saddle support, and here Castelli have used their renowned Kiss Air2 seat pad. Some cyclists are lucky enough to not suffer from cold hands even when temperatures nudge into single digits, while others need some warmth for the hands even in milder autumnal and spring conditions. The Lightness 2 Gloves are for those of you in the latter category. They're light in weight but don't be fooled, they're remarkably warm thanks to the Thermoflex back, featuring a brushed fleece inner face to trap heat. However, thanks to the excellent breathability, overheating and clamminess isn't a problem. When it comes to grip the contoured palm and silicone grip make sure you never lose it and the Castelli Damping System (CDS) provides an extra level of protection to the nerves. If the weather is cool and changeable then it's time to slip on your Lightness 2 Gloves.

Castelli can officially only rate UPF 50+ Light Arm Skins at UPF 50+, but in their laboratory tests, they actually blocked 99.8 per cent of damaging UV rays. Using a polyester base they found this it is not only more effective than nylon at blocking UV rays but is also much better at keeping you dry, which means these skins are better in both cooler and warmer conditions. Castelli have kept the construction very clean to eliminate seams that can rub, and used double-sided silicone elastic to make sure they stay in place. They fold up extremely small, so they’re great to stick in your pockets for your next big mountain day.
