The Box One Levers are cold forged and CNC-machined from the highest-quality 6061-T6 aluminum, making them strong and stiff, yet super lightweight, at 55g/1.9oz. Unlike other lightweight levers, these levers have a built in return spring. Other features include adjustable reach, a titanium mounting bolt and stainless steel hardware. These levers are designed to work with linear-pull brakes.
Box One brake levers are the first ever to incorporate a clamp for ODI Lock-On grips. This ensures that your grips stay put while eliminating the need for an extra clamp. At roughly 50 grams, these cold forged and CNC-machined levers beat any other on the market. Genius levers have a built in return spring and are fully compatible with carbon handlebars. The Mid reach lever features a new design that puts it in the same reach position as the Long, but with a more BMX-specific blade for better one-finger leverage. Other features include adjustable reach, a titanium mounting bolt and stainless steel hardware. Genius levers are designed to work with linear-pull brakes and are excellent for BMX, mountain, city, urban and tandem flat-bar bicycles.

At the centre of the top cap is an anodised aluminium bolt that threads into a gold anodised aluminium expander plug. This expander eliminates the need for a star nut and works with all 1 1/8-inch steerer tubes—even carbon fibre steerer tubes. The top bearing cover is crafted from carbon fibre, which not only adds style but helps to shave weight. At the heart of the headset are two super-smooth, titanium-nitride coated, sealed, 45×45 bearings. The titanium coating results in a low friction coefficient, increased corrosion resistance and smoother rolling bearings. A split crown race makes installation and removal from forks super easy. Box 1.5-inch headsets are designed solely for tapered frames and forks, but also include an adapter which allows you to run a fork with a straight 1 1/8-inch steerer tube.
Box Two Front Hubs feature cold forged and CNC-machined, 6061-T6 aluminum shells fitted with precision sealed bearings and 20-millimetre, 7075-aluminum axles and axle nuts. They are designed for forks with 100mm spacing. Meets or exceeds ENBMX standards. ###section### Product Specs AXLE SIZE: 20mm SPOKE HOLES: 36 BEARINGS: Sealed WEIGHT: 234 grams/8.3 ounces
Box One stems are cold forged from the highest quality 6061-T6 aluminum available. Featuring an open skeletal design and a dual mid-bolt wedge mounting system, they are lightweight yet maintain a very high level of strength and stiffness. By removing the rear pinch bolts and moving the mounting bolts to the middle of the stem, Box managed to reduce the weight and size and eliminated a serious hazard to the rider’s knees. To ensure proper clamping force, the stem must be mounted on a fork with at least 40mm of the exposed steerer tube. Please note, this stem is not compatible with carbon fiber steerer tubes. ###section### Product Specs TYPE: Front Load REACH: 55mm/60mm RISE: 0 CLAMPING DIAMETER: 31.8mm WEIGHT: 244 grams / 8.6 ounces (53mm)
