CNC machined from a solid piece of 6061 aluminium, with an extra thick 12mm construction, Fly's Tractor Guard Sprocket is built for strength with no weaknesses. The Tractor Guard borrows the same unique and strong structure from the Tractor XL model as well as featuring a counter sunk crank arm design offering a better, more stable fit.
Fly's Manual Mini Lever is the first to be designed from scratch with junior riders in mind, the perfect part for 16" and 18" setups. Instead of using the more common approach to lever construction using a standard lever bracket with a smaller lever, Fly have scaled down every part to make sure that it functions as well as it's full sized counterparts. The Manual Mini Lever uses CNC machined brass bushings instead of stock plastic ones that don't last or perform anywhere near as well. It boasts a refined shape and no barrel design to make it as soft as safe as possible.
Fly's updated Volcano Barends utilise a nylon and fibreglass compound, upping their durability and lifespan massively. On top of that they now boast a steel insert designed to prevent bar punch through.
With their Sierra frame taking on a more trials influenced geometry, Fly gave the Sierra seat an update to match. It's a railed style seat that has that classic shape, utilising a large railed base, 5mm thick foam and a 100% synthetic leather top that features an embossed Motosierra logo.

The Fly Bikes Tripod seatpost is a lightweight 6061-T6 alloy seatpost that uses a unique 3 point mounting system for an overall increase in strength and structural support without adding weight. The back two supports are pressed into channels found underneath a Tripod seat while the front support is secured down by a single Allen bolt for a tight fit. The Magneto Cassette hub features a magnetic system engage using the force of two magnets that allows the ratchet ring to engage. The magnetic field provides an even repelling force which makes the ratchet to work completely straight and are created in a way that reduces friction compared to the use of springs.The Neomidium magnets Fly use maintain the magnetic field pretty much forever, as well. These properties creates the fastest, most reliable and durable system possible. Not to mention, a pretty unique and powerful noise... The simplicity of the system is also great for customization. With ONLY ONE moving part, the assembly is as easy as it can get and reduces the overall weight significantly. Fly are using heat treated CrMo caps instead of aluminum to be stiff and avoid wobble that can form over time and they are CNC machined outside and inside to achieve almost the same weight. The shell is made of a much stronger 7075 Aluminum and features the sunken spoke holes that we created with our Classic Front Hub. The driver, end caps and bolts use an anti-rust process that also gives the hub an awesome color finish. Last but not least, Fly wanted this hub to be as good as it gets, so they are having them manufactured in Europe to ensure achieve the best quality possible.
