Fox Suspension 36 Float Factory Grip2 Boost Fork (2023) Suspension Forks
  • £748.99
  • RRP £1239.00
  • Saving you £40

Prepared for everything from backcountry adventures to day-long epics on your favourite mountain bike (MTB) trails, this suspension fork is engineered for the demands of modern trail riding. It's part of Fox Suspension's renowned Factory Series, which means that it comes feature-packed and is designed to exceed the demands of Factory-level riders. Another highlight is its genuine Kashima coating on its upper tubes that provides slippery smooth and ultra-durable performance as you carve your way around the mountain. Boasting a wide range of adjustments from its Float EVOL air spring and GRIP2 damper with dual Variable Valve Control (VVC), this model makes it simple to dial in your ideal settings for smooth shock absorption and control on your ride. This version of the FOX 36 receives an update in the form of an updated crown with an revised design and engineering for more steerer tube overlap improving durability and maintaining stiffness while dropping 20 grams. MTB Fork with Float EVOL Air Spring EVOL technology increases negative air spring volume, optimising small bump sensitivity. EVOL’s linear spring curve delivers plushness off the top, extra mid-stroke support, and more tuneable bottom-out progression. The benefits of EVOL are further enhanced by Fox Suspension's Lower Leg channels and Bleeders, which both function to reduce air pressure captured in the lower legs, allowing the EVOL air spring to operate freely without unintended interference. GRIP2 Damper Fox Suspension's GRIP2 damper is the benchmark for unparalleled ride quality and ultra-precise adjustability. GRIP2 includes the brand's patented Variable Valve Control (VVC) technology which allows for external fine-tuning of suspension performance. GRIP2 achieves with the twist of a knob what typically requires the time-consuming and complicated task of completely disassembling and reassembling the fork. Technologies: Factory Series: “Factory” says it all – feature-packed and designed to exceed the demands of Factory-level riders. What we sell is what they race. Factory Series products feature slippery smooth, ultra-durable Genuine Kashima Coat. Adjustments: High-speed compression (with VVC) 8 clicks. Low-speed compression 16 clicks. High-speed rebound (with VVC) 8 clicks. Low-speed rebound 16 clicks. Floating Axle: Floating axles might look similar to other axles, but in fact they offer a distinct performance advantage due to their unique ability to match the exact width of the fork’s wheel mounting surface precisely to the front hub flange spacing, thus creating perfect chassis alignment and eliminating unwanted friction between the upper and lower fork legs. Floating axles provide much smoother suspension movement throughout the entire range of the fork’s travel, notably improving sensitivity and overall ride quality. The all-new 36 and 38 come equipped with a new quick-release lever operated patent-pending floating axle system, combining the benefit of a floating axle with the ease of a tool-free quick-release. With this system, spacing is locked in via a floating sleeve, allowing repeated front wheel removal and reinstallation while maintaining perfect fork alignment. Floating sleeve positioning comes preset from the factory so if you are unsure of how to operate the floating axle system or simply don’t want to bother with it, you can just install the front wheel and get on with your ride. Lower Leg Bypass Channels: As a fork compresses, the air volume within the lower legs decreases, increasing air pressure. The more the fork compresses, the more pressure increases. This effect can have the unintended consequence of preventing full travel from being achieved. Fox Suspension's lower leg channels help alleviate this issue by dramatically increasing air volume within the lower legs and thereby reducing the amount of additional unintended pressure ramping. Another benefit of these channels is that lower leg bath oil is circulated to the upper reaches of the lower legs, continuously lubricating the foam rings and bushings as the fork compresses and extends through its travel. Bleeders: Fox Suspension's lower leg bleeders allow for atmospheric pressure equalization at the simple press of a button. Pressure build-up in the lower legs dramatically decreases fork performance, preventing full travel from being achieved, and diminishing small bump sensitivity and responsiveness. Lower Leg Arch: Stiffness-to-weight is the ultimate metric for bicycle design. Engineers invest countless hours poring over every ounce of material in an effort to optimize this critical ratio. Fox Suspension's all-new lower leg design pulls out all the stops, shaving every possible gram while making sure not to compromise stiffness or strength requirements of modern enduro and gravity style riding. Modern frame designs and geometry trends require modern suspension design solutions. The arch design of the updated 36, 38, and 40 models are designed to pair perfectly with modern Enduro and Downhill bikes. Head tube profiles have grown larger and larger, and fork offsets shorter and shorter. Fox Suspension's new arch shape takes this need into account by jutting forward to provide ample headtube clearance at full compression. State-of-the-art computer modeling techniques helped us to create an organic lower leg shape that optimizes stiffness with the absolute minimal amount of material.

Nukeproof Reactor 290 ST Factory Carbon Bike (XT) Full Suspension Mountain Bikes
  • £4999.99

With a 130mm fork combined with 125mm of rear suspension, the Reactor ST combines the best of an enduro bike (long, low and slack) with the best of an XC Race bike (lightweight spec and efficient suspension) to create a sprightly yet seriously capable machine.  Frame Construction: To optimise the weight, strength and stiffness, the Reactor 290 ST Carbon frame features a full UD woven carbon fibre frameset (Including chain and seat stays). Adjustable Geometry: The Reactor ST features a 66.8° (66.3° Low) Headangle atop a 76.3° (75.8° Low) seat angle across a 460mm reach on a Medium frame. We also offer the frame in Large and X-Large sizes. The Reactor ST frames feature the same “flip chip” design as the regular Reactor frame to adjust the geometry from “Trail” to “Rail mode”. Trail – As the name suggests, this setting is best suited for trail riding. It is for riders who get as much enjoyment from the climb as the descents. Rail - The Rail setting turns the Reactor ST into a more aggressive machine, dropping the bottom bracket 6mm and slackening the head angle by half a degree. It is there to maximise the descending capabilities. Suspension Design: To ensure the bike could climb as well as it descends, we designed the four-bar horst linkage to have higher levels of anti-squat for climbing gears but lower levels when you drop down the cassette. This means that the bike can behave itself on the climbs but when you get it up to speed, it turns into a trail hooligan. The combination of low anti-squat and progressive rate give ultimate small bump compliance (removes rough trail and root chatter) with good mid stroke support for cornering/pumping and end stroke progression for aggressive riding. Balanced anti-rise figures allow the Reactor ST some squat when braking hard, maintaining rider position and providing a good amount of pressure through the tyre to ensure traction. The Reactor ST is designed to reward the rider and ensure you get that stoke factor in on any ride. Ergon GE1 Evo Factory Handlebar Grips Bar Grips
  • £25.99
  • RRP £36.99
  • Saving you £30

Building on the success of its standard GE1 model, the brand rotated the grip area of the GE1 Evo by 8% towards the steering axle. This design ensures the rider’s elbows get raised outwardly for increased steering control. Advanced Inner Construction Ergon really has obsessed over every detail with these grips. In addition to the advanced compound and shape, there’s a patent-pending inner construction. This features a forged inner clamp and the inner core is connected to an integrated grip end. The reason they adopted this design of the Ergon GE1 Evo factory grips was to increase the surface area for the hand right to the grip’s end, thus preventing pressure on the hand's outer nerves. This design also helps to dampen vibrations of sudden shocks and trail feedback.
