A no-compromise race short, the EQUIPE R Bib Shorts S9 have premium features, such as Assos' A-Lock Engineering construction and muscle-wrapping butterfly panels to give shorts that fit beautifully and allow a smooth pedal stroke at all times. Type.443 textile is used to give a compressive fit, supporting hard-working muscles while remaining highly flexible too. Not only supportive, but it's highly breathable too, maintaining comfort when the racing gets serious or training efforts ramp up. Micro-adjusted shaping wraps the large muscles with compressive support in a standard leg length. Engineered comfort With their X-Frame construction, inherited from the EQUIPE RS line, the EQUIPE R Bib Shorts S9 offer an incredibly secure and comfortable fit. This technology prevents sagging, maintains the seat pad in a perfect position and keeps the fit locked in during bouts of intense cycling. Monofilament elastic used in the bib straps also keeps the weight low, provides a secure fit and dries incredibly quickly too. The ultralight leg grippers make use of compressive elastic bands and silicone microdot grippers, maintaining a secure fit that won't irritate. zeroPressure Waist technology zeroPressure Waist technology provides an impressively comfortable and flexible fit but one that remains securely in place without restriction or pinching. Lastly, goldenGate construction sees the insert anchored front and back, allowing the pad to move in harmony with your body movements rather than against them.
