Ale uses a mix of performance fabrics in order to give perfect muscle support and compression alongside excellent flexibility for fluid pedalling. Premium Performance Materials Zaffiro and Matrix fabrics, both Lycra® Power materials, gently squeeze your hard-working muscles, encouraging blood flow and flushing out lactic acid, providing fatigue-busting support over long rides. Matrix, in particular, offers excellent abrasion resistance and is deployed in the areas of the short in contact with the saddle, boosting durability. Elsewhere, Ale uses their Mesh Dragon material. This micro-mesh is supremely soft and allows for optimal breathability. An Open Bib design also exposes more skin to the back of the shorts, allowing for greater sweat evaporation. When you’re pushing hard on the peals this will ensure you’re not left drenched in sweat. For rides that stretch from the low light of a summer morning to the glow of sunset, reflective leg grippers keep you visible on the road. Women’s 8HF Seat Pad Inside, the Women’s “W8HF” pad utilises an elastic microfibre with memory padding, strategically positioned at the saddle contact points for maximum comfort.
