The Fulcrum Racing 3 is the perfect all-round wheel. Brilliant for riders who do long rides, training spins or local sportives. Fulcrum have designed the 3 to be the ideal mid-range wheel solution that still has has heaps of character.Although the design has remained similar to previous versions, the new R3 does have some notable differences. The first and most noticeable new feature is the aluminium rim designed to work with caliper brakes. With a 17mm groove and featuring new shapes that benefit wheel performance without adding any superfluous weight.This is a sturdy and comfortable wheel ideal for long distance cycling thanks to the enhanced shock absorption provided by its aluminium spokes. The R3 also has an extremely smooth rolling action thanks to Fulcrums bottom bracket cup technology.
